Now that we have received your Intake Form for your credit services, please follow these instructions to complete the next steps. You will need to provide us with:
- Access to your CreditKarma.com account [We need your login email and password]
- Picture of your driver’s license or State ID.

Once we receive the photo ID, login credentials, and anything else requested via email, you will receive an invitation to our MyCase Dashboard where you’ll be able to track your results, send messages to our dispute team, and receive updated reports.
